This is Victoria, the person I know for sure is looking at a thousand wishes. She won't get to walk in the graduation line-up or throw her cap in the air while sitting amongst her peers, but that won't stop her from walking in her cap and gown, like the boss that she is, and throwing her cap in victory. She did it! She finished! No one can steal this victory lap from her.
